​DMA Polocies 

To ensure a smooth and professional experience for everyone. Please review the following standard guidelines:

  • 24-Hour Cancellation Policy

    • Because calendar spots for individualized solo coaching are limited, a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.

    • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments ("no-shows"), will be charged the full session fee. Emergency situations will always be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • Sessions must start and end on time to respect the schedule of the students booking before or after you. If a student arrives late, the session will still end at its originally scheduled time.

  • Preparation & Materials

    • Students are expected to bring a notebook, a pencil, and copies of any scripts or monologues we are currently working on to every session. Memorization homework assigned between sessions is highly encouraged to maximize our active coaching time together.

  • Session Location:

    • ​ Please respect the speed limit and stop signs within the neighborhood. You may park in the driveway or in the street, just not in front of the mailbox. Parents may sit in the car or are welcome to sit in the sitting area which is close to my office where the session will be taking place. All lessons will be at the coaches residence unless other arrangements are made.

  • All payments to be made before or on the first day of lessons.
